Founded by Directors Harley Refalo and Nicholas Wells in 2021, Arcwood Building was born to deliver a full-circle design and construct project management service across Sydney. With a collective building knowledge of more than 20 years, Harley and Nick wanted to deliver a building service out of the ordinary, one with approachability and transparency as the foundation of all project services. 

Arcwood Building is dedicated to providing its clients a bespoke, full service approach across  residential or commercial design and construction needs. From ideation and design using the latest drafting and visual planning software, through to innovative construction management and handover.
